Strength is the true foundation class for all of our BFT programs! Not only do these classes build overall strength through our compound lifts, but they are also designed to build lean muscle that will decrease your chance of injuries. You will be able to increase the amount of weight you are lifting as you learn to move and lift with proper form.

A variety of 55-minute programs from cardio, strength, functional, core stability, (plus many more) that are never the same. Boredom is not allowed at BFT.

BFT, or Body Fit Training, is a specialised group fitness training concept that combines elements of personal training with the energy and community of group classes. Our workouts are scientifically designed to optimise results, focusing on strength, endurance, cardio, and functional fitness. All of our classes are also led by at least 2 incredible & highly qualified coaches!
Unlike standard classes, our programs use a combination of heart rate monitoring, progressive programming, and functional training techniques to help you achieve sustainable, long-term results. We have a real focus on long term sustainability of your training, not too hard too fast! Not only this, we put a real emphasis on strength & conditioning, and this is shown in our equipment such as bench press & squat racks. Very different to what you normally get in a group training environment.
Not at all! BFT classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our trainers will work with you to modify exercises as needed, ensuring you feel supported, safe, and challenged regardless of your starting point.
BFT workouts include a mix of strength, cardio, endurance, and functional training. Classes vary each day to keep your body adapting and progressing. This variety helps prevent plateaus and keeps training fresh and engaging.
